Diane Moss was born and raised in Blytheville Arkansas by the Late Bishop T.J. Rogers & Tallie Ann Rogers. As Diane grew up, she was always known as the one with the great ideas and business plans. Diane started hear first business adventure on 510 Chickasawba Street, in Blytheville, AR where Magic Fingers hair and nails salon was located. Diane was asked to partner with one of her siblings to continue the business. Magic Fingers was not only a location where you could get your hair and nails done but Diane implemented a clothing & accessory store within the salon. This business was successful for over 15 years. In the early years, Diane always wanted to open a restaurant and was able to fulfill her dream, which was named after her late father, “TJ’s Place”. Diane was able to employ family members and friends.


Having an entrepreneurial mindset, she used her own funds to open this restaurant and operated this place with no assistant from banks or grants. Diane, also had a vision to open a business for her children and they called the business TNJ Glitz & Glamor which was located on 849 Main Street, Blytheville, AR. Currently, Diane is the manager of one of the hottest groups in the world “Pastor Tim Rogers & The Fellas”. She conducts all of their bookings and ensures they are treated fairly in the music industry. Diane is also a sought after booking manager that secures bookings for some of the greatest artists in the music industry, both gospel and secular. In 2019, Diane launched her company IPLY that stands for “It’s Power In Loving Yourself.”


Every year she devotes a weekend to encourage and inspire people from all over the world to love themselves, be happy, and live a happy life! The event is called the “IPLY Retreat” , where celebrity guests from reality tv stars, gospel and secular artists, medical practitioners and more attend this event of positivity and love. Diane has always been a woman of vision and has never been afraid to step out on the ideas that God has given her.


Diane’s goal is to open businesses to help create more jobs and opportunity for the younger generation, so they can know that they can do anything that they believe in. Her goal is to train them to become BIG & SUCCESSFUL businessmen and women of their communities! Diane has been married to Robert Moss for 38 years and they have 4 wonderful children together Robert Jr, Jerrilyn, Tiffany, and Nichell and in 2021 welcomed her first grandchild Madison. Diane’s motto is to “Love Yourself, Be Kind, and Live Your Life… Cecause You Only Have One Life"
